I think I am experiencing a problem brought about by iOS 6.
While using my ipad2 and tj I no longer can have the scale list open and choose scales while playing to the right to hear the different scales.
Instead, now playing the keyboard automatically makes the list fade away before hearing or being able to play any notes.
My iPhone 4S at ios6 still functions normally with choosing scales and playing without the list leaving or any problems.
Is there anything I'm missing?

It looks like ios6 changed some logic regarding the popover windows. I will try to fix that on the next release.

Thanks again for the help and workaround with saving the scale presets. I'd like to point out that the same behavior occurs when trying to edit the effects, controls and samples on tj on an ipad2 with the work window fading out when you try playing the keyboard to hear your changes.
Obviously able to get around it but frustrating.
