You will need to find or create a scala text file on your computer first. Check out http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/scl_format.html and download the archive link near the top of that page, and you may very will find what you need already created. You can email the .scl file to yourself and Open In.. on your device and choose thumbjam, and then it will show up in your Scales list!
