Connecting TJ with Expressive E Touché SE

I would like to connect TJ on the iPad with external hardware (the Touché SE from Expressive E):

. Does someone know, which Midi-Channels I have du use in Touché to infuence volume, pitchbend, resonanz, tremolo in TJ.
And what settings are necessary in TJ du use this?
