Hi Jesse,
Can Iphone Explorer, an iphone browser, be used to back up my many songs in TJ?
Thanks,
Howard
(p.s. Got some more posts lined up for you, so look out...)

Good question, I'm not personally going to try it, but feel free to report on your findings. If it does let you browse the per-app Documents folder you should be able to find what you need in TJ's pretty easily.
The WiFi transfer isn't working well enough for you for this purpose?
I won't count them, but

I won't count them, but months ago, I had well over 100 songs. And I'm always updating old ones, so it's a lot of backing up.
And yes, the wifi transfer seems to limit me to 4 archives at a time, which are also a few minutes each group. If I try for more than four, it doesn't seem to like it and crashes. Then there's the second stage of downloading.
Why wouldn't you try it? Risk? or Time?
Thanks
Worked beautifully.

I'm transferring everything to a new phone. The songs are a snap. Any way to transfer presets and samplesets via ssh?
I did the same to keep TJ on

I did the same to keep TJ on my iPad and iPhone in Sync. I replace the whole document.app folder on the iPad with the one from the iPhone, using iDisk.
Alternatively you can choose which folder to replace inside the document.app folder.
It's much faster than wifi.
Yeah, right? Makes backing up

Yeah, right? Makes backing up easy.
I tried individual instrument folders before, but they didn’t show up in TJ. I’ll try further up the folder chain...
Thanks.
