Been having a recurring problem with recorded loops changing their timing after they are saved.

When I record/add a new instrument loop to an existing loop set, it will play perfectly in sync when I'm done and still playing.
But then when I stop and do a "Save Set" often times the new loop will then play slightly off timing and out of sync with the other loops. I've tried re-recording, alternate fixes, etc. but can't seem to find the solution.

Any idea why this is happening and what can be done to solve this problem?

I've been trying to catch this one for a while. If you can tell me exactly what your loop options settings are and how long each of your loops are in the set, the next time it happens, that would be great.
