"All off" icon??

What does the "all off" icon in the lower right hand corner mean?? Can't figure it out, or get the icon to go away.

It is only visible when MIDI/OSC output is enabled (Prefs->Remote Ctrl) and it sends an all-notes-off message to get rid of any annoying stuck notes you might get when using the midi over wifi.
