Is support email still active?

I sent an email to support at thumb jam but I've yet to get a reply.
Sorry, it got lost in the queue! I replied with an answer just now:
"The answer is simple, the name of the file inside the zip must end only with .sxml, the file in your is tj.sxml.xml.... get rid of the last .xml and then it will import fine!"
