I saw on the internet that thumbjam did a nice job of converting an audio file to midi. I have a wah file that I am trying to convert the audio from and I can’t figure out the steps to
Input into thumbjam and convert it. Can someone please guide me through the process?

It doesn't have a file-based audio to midi conversion feature, only realtime. You could probably put together a combination of Audiobus/AUM to play an audio file into TJ while in audio->midi mode, but the setup required and the results may not be ideal.

Other apps have some ability to convert from an audio file, like MidiMorphosis, you may want to check that out....

Thanks Jesse, I will check it out. What other apps do you know of that do that conversion?
