Multitasking/Audio bug?

Hey Jesse! Amasing update, love it! Don´t know if this is a bug in the app or the iOS4 but when i close the app (latest v1.2) i can not change the phone signal/ring volume when in the homescreen, it just changes the "apps" volume (using the volume buttons on the iPhone). If i dubbel click the home-button and remove Thumbjam from the multitask list it will fix it. Anyway thanks for an AMAZING app! 
I´m using iPhone 3GS, iOS4.

Edit: No, nothing is playing from thumbjam (no red bar at the top).
