Does not produce sound with iPhone OS 4.0 beta but other apps do

Using iPhone OS 4.0 beta this app never produced a single sound. installed it twice between reboots. Needs to be fixed to work on next OS version... wish I knew it is not compatible - suggest you add that it will not work on description of app at beginning.

Gosh guys, it has only been a few days with a bleeding edge OS version.... cut me a little slack!
I have not had a chance to try the beta 4.0 yet, obviously, and I'm sorry that something TJ is doing is pissing it off. To help me solve the problem since I won't be updating a device to 4.0 for a few weeks please submit a crash report by following these directions:
