Dead track when using uploaded loops

Just uploaded some pre-made drum-loops into ThumbJam (individual loops not sets)
You might have caught this one already, but just in case...
When an individual drum loop is loaded, first attempt to loop a new instrument fails.
Nothing appears to happen until second attempt to record a loop (which works this time) then the failed loop (dead track) is displayed as an empty box which can't be deleted from the mixer until you clear all loops or load a new one.
