Record a track directly from mic input and.... Chords

Would be a really cool feature if you could for instance sing directly onto the timeline..
Also.. I know it's been bandied about a bit but chords would be a really handy thing on this app.. just to be able to add some notes together and then set length and fade out, attack of said chord etc...
