Collapse Sample Sets in the sample list.

It would be fine if those sample set "folder" entries in the sample list could be collapsed/uncollapsed to make scrolling through the list fast.
On a related note: When transferring samples from the mac I always get a dummy file with a "._" in front and the sample's name in addition to the sample itself. These files bloat the list, couldn't they just be filtered or deleted when importing?
