TJ crashing upon Enable Server
Under Prefs:WiFi Transfer, I'm trying to turn on the Enable Server option. Each time I try, TJ quits. The sad backstory is that last Friday when I was about to show TJ (and a custom multi into which I put several hours' setup time last summer and performed with several times) to a bunch of universit...

Best method for smooth pan using H. Tilt?
I've got a preset in which I'm using H. Tilt for panning. Sometimes the pan moves smoothly, perfectly; other times the sound gets stuck in one spot and then later catches up to the tilt abruptly. I've tried this with no other apps running and it still happens. It seems sometimes that if I combine a ...

Re: Workflow question / problem re: presets and multis
Ah, OK -- the use of "preset" in that command made me think that was the only option. Cool; thanks.

Re: Two presets using same sample set: does this use 2x memo
(Only the upper and lower sounds share a sample set, not the middle one -- sorry if that was unclear.)
Just after posting that reply I checked the sizes and ultimately they're trivial. I'll leave it as is. Thanks!

Re: fading up from nothing = lower max vol than direct strik
Nope, no velocity layering.
Multiple samples, but divided by key range to provide access to many distinct sounds from a single keyboard, more like a drum set.
Thanks for the quick response - looking forward to resolving!

Re: Workflow question / problem re: presets and multis
LOL. Who knows - maybe the save multi *is* working but I was misled into thinking it hadn't due to the separate (?) issue of the shake vibrato not working. OK. If it would be helpful at all to have the bits 'n' parts that I'm working with specifically, just say the word and I'll bundle them up. Is t...

Re: Two presets using same sample set: does this use 2x memo
OK, if I interpret that correctly, then I am using 2x. They are two different presets, different treatments of the same sample set (for example one is a simple stable drone whereas the other has Shake-vibrato, different effects settings, etc.). Maybe the attached screenshot explains better if I'm no...

Two presets using same sample set: does this use 2x memory?
If I have two presets that use the same sample set, and they're loaded simultaneously (in a split) does that consume 2x the memory, or do they reference the same? Asking because if this configuration consumes 2x memory, I'll save as a variant and remove samples I'm not typically triggering in one of...

Workflow question / problem re: presets and multis
Hey, there: I've got three custom presets that I've combined into a 3-split multi that I'm using in landscape mode. If I make an edit to one of the three presets while in multi configuration, the save options I see are: Save Multi Save as New Preset Save as New Multi Rename Multi Delete Multi I've t...

fading up from nothing = lower max vol than direct strike
Hi, there: Really enjoying this app. Building some custom instruments for an upcoming performance. One instrument/preset -- the bottom keyboard of a multi in landscape mode -- uses X axis for volume. My issue: I've found that if I strike a note in this preset at the top, I get a nice full volume, bu...
