i love that programm. it is awesome. But, please can anyone tell me whats the best way to connect it to win7 into ableton? Had a lot of tries but didn't work?

What you want is rtpMidi, check it out here, including some tutorials:

I don't have first hand experience with it, but other users on here should.

As Jesse stated, this works perfectly. Note that I've tried this using wifi and ad-hoc. The advantage of ad-hoc is very low latency -- 1-3 ms. If you need more detail, just reply back.
I'm using W7 64bit Pro, Linksys WRT52G, Live 8.2.6.
