Issue: I’d like to add a ‘C’ to the following setup:

1. Instrument: Electric Bass
2. Key setting is: E
3. Span: 7 notes (E1, G1, A1, A#1, B1, D2, E2)

How do I get a ‘C1’ instead of the ‘A#1’?

OK, it looks like you want the Phrygian Hexatonic scale (in the Modal section of the scale list). I figured that out by making a custom scale (New button in the bottom right of the scale browser) and setting up the intervals you wanted... it told me it was equivalent to the Phrygian Hexatonic.
