I find the orchestral Instruments capable in some circumstances... But found that I could use punchier samples and greater variety....
I'm currently in the process of converting the sample set found here:

Into Beatmaker 2 keyboard sampler patches.
I intend to create Thumbjam instrument when I'm done with the beatmaker set.

Would love some help from any willing Thumbjam users that are interested in expanding thumbjams orchestral offerings.

If anyone does decide to help out... It would be fantastic if you logged completion of instruments as a response to this post on this thread so that there is no redundancy of labor.

Would love velocity based sample layering in future versions of thumbjam.

I am in the process of making SSO string section instruments, so no one needs to do those.

And yes, velocity layering is on the shortlist of features to get into TJ. Making new instruments that support it is the more time consuming task.
