Stereo samples support, please!

Hey Jesse,

Would be very nice to have the option to support stereo samples (which makes up most of my collection!). I noticed that TJ converts all samples to mono before use. You could then disable the panning option when you're using the stereo samples.

Yeah, it is a possibility... it will just reduce the available polyphony (which will be adjustable to account for all the better hardware available now).
