Sorry, can't get TJ midi out to work with Mac. Any ideas?

Hi,
Have looked at various posts explaining how to do this but maybe I'm missing something.
My setup is an iPad 1 running iOS 5.1.1.
In TJ midi options the following options are ON:
- Enable Network Session
- Send pitchbend
- Omni mode
- Use MMC record
Can't see an option for CoreMidi.
On Mac:
- Have started Session 1, can see iPad and have clicked connect so it shows up in Participants.
- Loaded Ableton Live and enabled input for (Network) session 1.
What am I doing wrong?
