Firstly, I have to mention that ThumbJam is incredible! I love it! I know it's still early days but already you have promised so much in these forums for future releases (e.g. io support, midi export, creation of your own instuments on the iPod/iPhone etc. etc.) Do you know approximately when the next version of ThumbJam will be released?

The next version will be primarily bug fixes, but will also include the following features:
- creation of instruments from imported samples in the app
- updated sample recording interface
- import samples/loops from ioLibrary

I'm still chasing a few outstanding bugs, but when they are resolved, the update will be submitted, hopefully within the next week.

Yes, I'm really sorry it has taken so long... I've been unable to prevent myself from adding some much needed features. I am wrapping up the AudioCopy/Paste implementation now.

I predict a few more days to tie up the other loose ends and testing, then submission to Apple.

When the next version comes out, you should send a press release to harmony-central. It looks like they have published quite a few press releases for iPhone/iPod apps:
