Ghost presets makes crash thumbjam

Hi Jesse,
today i tried a lot of things writing my own instruments. So i transferred the files on on my ipad, but something wrong happened after trasferring for the second time the instruments. in that time had loaded a instruments, and i deleted it from the http interface. in the webpage the file was deleted, but.. in thumbjam the instrument still exist, is signed with the U of user, but it is'nt in the user menu. in category menu i can see it, but if i select it thumbjam crash. i don't know if it's clear what happened, anyway now i've thumbjam with some broken presets, and if i try to delete it or load it in thumbjam, it crash. and in the http interface thiese instruments don't exists.

Thanks for the report. I will try to fix the issue in the next version, until then just avoid selecting the ghost entry.
