I have just lost ALL my user presets that I build over the last year in a program crash (ironically, caused by trying to backup these presets! via the export screen) A terrible experience, since I use Thumbjam very much and it is one of my key instruments. Now I have to rebuilt all the sounds manually. Why is there no way to just backup the USER presets (I am talking about presets that do NOT use NEW samples and just are built using the INTERNAL and downloaded sound sets). Kind regards, Geo

I'm am so sorry that you ran into the dreaded total user data deletion bug, I had hoped to get the bugfix release out sooner. Just to verify, it happened when pressed the "arrow" button on the Browse to export page without making a selection?

As for exporting user presets, I hear you, I'll make that possible too, as well as import.
