I have been using TJ to control StepPolyArp and Arpist very successfully using the split keyboard playing chords on the LHS and an instrument on the RHS. Using TJ as the Clock source and StepPolyArp as slave(with clock start/Latch/Arp) turned on they sync up beautifully providing you are not using lengthy loops(MIDI Clock sync does slip over time on iOS unfortunately).
