Rate

Hi hi hi,
It just occurred to me that a 'rate' control would be very very useful.
If the rate was set to .75, both the loops and instrument would slow down and drop in pitch so that fast parts could be recorded more easily. No time stretching would be necessary because the pitch of the loops and instrument would both drop in proportion with the sample rate.
After the part is recorded, rate would be set back to 1 and everything should sounds the same as if it had been recorded at 1x as usual.
