DSMI/OSC status at start up

Hi,
I noticed that the remote control function isn't turned off when the app is shut down. I tend to notice rather late (thanks to the "all off" button) that this feature is still running several sessions after using it. Wouldn't it make sense to have it turned off by default at app start up? My point (but maybe am I wrong here) is that I guess that sending Wifi messages all the time (and not specifically wanting to it that case) probably consumes a lot of battery.
